TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchase:

By purchasing this zine you are acknowledging that you: 

Understand that this is a preorder item, which means that shipping will not begin until June 2023 unless zine organizers update otherwise.

Customs and Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. Buyers acknowledge that Fandom for Choice organizers are not liable for any delays due to customs.

Shipping and Packaging:

PDF Download:

• A link to the PDF will be emailed to the email address provided with the order AFTER all physical orders have been shipped.
• Emails will come from [email protected].
• The PDF is for personal use only and not for distribution.

Physical Zine:

• Due to uncertainties with mail delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Any production and shipping delays will be announced, and updated schedules will be posted on the Fandom for Choice Twitter and Instagram (both @fandomforchoice).

Replacements and Refunds:

The Fandom for Choice will be responsible for replacing or refunding:

• Orders that are lost, damaged or inccorect due to moderator negligence (e.g. address on label does not match address on order, package contents do not match order, packaging is inappropriate).

The Fandom for Choice Zine will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding:

• Orders that are lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
• Orders that are shipped to an old address without notice from the buyer BEFORE shipping begins.
• Orders that are damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage)

The Fandom for Choice moderators reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders should buyers violate any of these terms and conditions.
